A comprehensive report which provides owners and operators with an instant snapshot of how their establishment is doing. Based on a series of weighted questions regarding protocol, compliance, and service, an owner operator can instantly pinpoint problems or weaknesses specific to that particular establishment, and verify these issues by viewing picture exhibits or in some cases links to streaming video of the particular event. Unlike other services, in order to provide a complete snapshot, 360iQ® Snapshot’ trained auditors select video footage from many different days and time periods from which to review events and alerts.

See the snapshot of a complete transaction, from the beginning to the end (including the receipt), including a time to service calculation. See historical trends regarding time to service.
Instant Verification:
Instantly verify where your establishment lost points by viewing exhibits with snapshot verification. Review loss prevention or other events by selecting links that instantly take you to streaming video of that event happening. Listen to audio, fast forward, or rewind as necessary.
Employee Performance:
Briefly review employee performance by comparing suspicious transactions, average check, sales, and other KPI’s for all employees.
